PyBSAM: Python-based GUI for Bayesian Spectral Analysis Regression with Shape Restrictions (Beta Version)

This companion software application is a graphical user interface (GUI) developed in Python as a counterpart of R-pacakge BSAM allowing the practitioners to use BSAM easily by GUI, instead of a command-line user interface in R.

PyBSAM implements a Bayesian Spectral Analysis Models that include regression with/without shape restrictions, quantile regression with/without shape restrictions, additive models, generalized linear models and density estimation.

The program of graphical user interface is currently in beta version, and available upon request.
